The upper sentence "I maybe not Sirius" don't have a verb.(maybe is an adverb I think),you can say"I am not Sirius,maybe"or even"Maybe,I'm not Sirius"

But you can't say “Maybe, I'm not Sirius.” You must say “Maybe I'm not Sirius.” You don't need a comma.(?
